The location is everything - right by the Duomo! The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean - not too fancy - but you have everything you need. The bed and the bedding were quite good. They have a nice breakfast buffet with many selections. I will go back again.

great stay
This hotel is American style, very different from the hotels in my last journey. The staff are so sweet helping my email printing. The breakfast is so adorable and abundant.
