「We left after two nights because this might be the worst hotel in which I have ever stayed. The sink in the bathroom did not drain. When reported to the front desk, we were met with indifference, so two days passed with a backed up sink. The shower was the smallest I have ever encountered - 20 inches by 20 inches (.5 meter x .5 meter). The lukewarm water dribbled out - barely, meaning that it was very difficult to rinse the soap off. 「This is an oasis of quiet. An old farmhouse, beautifully appointed. They will make dinner and breakfast for you. There is a lovely restaurant-bar area. You can walk a little ways in the woods. There is a pool. It was a relief to spend two nights here away from the cities. The mt etna park is just 23km away. Perfect!」

「Hotel calme mais séjour hors saison. Petit déjeuner et diner excellents. Personnel attentif mais communicant peu en anglais. Vue superbe sur l'Etna, mais alentours en dehors de l'hôtel, sales. 」

「The staff were very nice. He showed me to my room and said we can pick as many oranges. Breakfast was simple. The hotel was hard to find but plenty of parking. 」

「We enjoyed our stay at Zash. It's an excellent hotel. The restaurant has great dinner offerings and an amazing breakfast. The service was next level. Two things that were not problems for us but something you should generally be aware of is that the hotel is sort of in the middle of nowhere. If you dont have a car, it might make things challenging. There is also a train right next to the property. It never really bothered us, but its there...and you will hear it. 」

「Ambiente des Hotels sehr schön, Zimmer in Ordnung, Bett klasse (groß und nicht zu weich), die Bäder in unseren beiden Zimmern sind wohl etwas in die Jahre gekommen). Und: wer lesen kann ist klar im Vorteil -> das Hotel liegt zwar tatsächlich direkt am Meer, aber keineswegs am Strand! Was wir auch nicht gefunden haben, war der angezeigte Wellnessbereich und den beschriebene Shuttle-Service gibt es lt. Auskunft der Rezeption auch nicht, leider. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nett anzusehen aber nicht...

「Camera molto carina, anche se un po' piccola per tre persone, con balconcino privato. Spa ben organizzata. Colazione eccezionale in sala da pranzo con vista mozzafiato. Unica pecca, i materassi un po' sformati.」

「Vi hade fina dagar på hotellet. Gillade särskilt poolen som vi i princip hade för oss själva. Frukostbuffén var riktigt fin och du kunde även beställa varma rätter som ingick. Giarre som ort är ganska sömnig. Du behöver bil för att ta dig runt. Vi testade middagen på hotellet en kväll. Superfin mat men ingen barnmeny. Skulle tipsa om La Spiga som ligger 200m från hotellet om ni vill äta genuin italiensk mat. 」
