「All the staff was really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and each time I came they had lots of delicious things, not just the typical American Breakfast. The waiters knew me and brought my cappuccino with a smile. The front desk is super helpful and kind. Very clean facilities. The wellness center is really affordable and has good services. I had a great experience.」

「飯店很新, 很乾淨, 停車場很寬敞, 飯店服務品人員很親切, 給了很多旅遊建議, 連每天的天氣預測都幫房客印好了~ 餐廳的食物, 早午晚餐都很美味, 價錢非常實在! 除了無線網路非常不穩定之外, 其他都非常好! 值得推薦~」

「This outstanding property is stretched over acres of beautiful countryside at the bottom of the Etna volcano. It is part of the Relais Châteaux collection, so you can expect 5 star service and amenities.
Rooms and suites are spread across the property, in the middle of vineyards, lemon trees etc. The views are breathtaking, the staff is extremely helpful, nice and professional.
A small downside is the under equipped gym which deserves an upgrade.
