Comfort Inn & Suites Saratoga Springs
10/10 Excellent
"Very nice hotel. Breakfast was enjoyable, usual hot breakfast. Coffee, tea, lemon water available all day. Staff was very attentive & easily accessible. Check-in went smooth, even though we got there after 10 pm. Very wide cable tv channel selection ... it was nice having MLB, YES and SNY in the room, plus CNBC, Fox Business and Weather Channel. Don't usually have those in most hotels. Bed was very comfy. Huge Drawback: no drawers to hold our clothes, so we had to live out of our suitcases, and no hooks to hang any towels in the bathroom. Not sure why this is, but have noticed most hotels have gotten rid of dressers and bathroom hooks. Do Millennials live out of their luggage? Older folks like us certainly dont."

"The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was delicious! Easy check in process. The bed was very comfortable. The best part of our stay was using the shuttle. They would drop you to downtown where all the shops and restaurants were. Not only that but they also dropped us at the casino and picked us back.up I think it ran to 10:00 pm."
