The water situation was atrocious! We had to schedule showers in increments of 30 minutes for a party of 4 adults as that was how long it took to get hot water. Equally, I had to text to get toilet paper, clean towels etc. I requested an extra blanket and was told I could only get ONE. We were provided with an 8 by 10 small heater. Despite this, the location of the hotel was a huge plus. The metro and other eateries were near by. Edgar in the front desk was the only pleasant person I encountered ;(

The apartment was great, modern, quiet, comfortable bed and well equipped. We stayed 5 nights. We had to ask for the floor to be cleaned:: building work downstairs had created much dust. There was an unpleasant smell of grey waste water in the bathroom. After some experimentation, we discovered that by pouring water down the drain under the sink, the water lock seemed to do its job. We also had to ask for more toilet paper and for the garbage to be cleared. It would have been nice to have one change of towels during the 56 day stay. . Very nice staff.

This a mixed review, while the facilities are great, modern and set on the right direction, the staff they have is terrible, at least their security department; rude and with no sense of privacy. Mexico has one of the worst policies regarding data protection, they will TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR ID, and refuse to delete it for “security reasons”. I’ve been from pole to pole and never seen this procedure, so your data is out there for everyone in their circle, these people don’t look like they will maintain the building secure even if it was invaded by kids. Awful treatment by them. The facilities are great, the around area is well located but the experience suffers from their awful staff.

There are no English-speaking staff at the front desk. The most horrifying experience was that after four or five minutes of showering, the hot water would run out, leaving only cold water. The hotel staff responded that the water would heat up and come out again after ten minutes. This phenomenon repeated itself throughout the night and morning. I had to wash my hair for four minutes, rest for ten, and then shower again within five minutes. There was no air conditioning in the room to heat the air. The biggest problem with this hotel is that I never received an apology for complaining about all of this.

La habitación estaba muy bien, la recepción del personal del edificio muy agradable y servicial. Los muebles y la habitación, modernos, limpios y muy agradable. Problemas fueron que el agua caliente de la ducha no funcionó muy bien. Y había que esperar para entrar a las 1600 y pedir cosas por internet. Por lo demás precio muy aceptable para el entorno y ubicación impecable para nosotros.
