「I liked the room. It was very clean and extremely convenient with the full kitchen. The laundry room was clean and also convenient for my use. I talked to 3 staff members. 「Stay itself was excellent but not due to Hotels.com. The reservation didn’t show up so we had to book again directly with the hotel. Hoping to get a refund through Hotels.com.
