「If you're looking for very sample, this place is for you. The resort needs a complete renovation from the parking lot to the rooms. To be honest, the only good thing about this resort was the coffee. Breakfast was sample, lots of bacon, the scrambled eggs looked gross. I had boiled eggs everyday. At 3am I found a huge waterbug(cockroach) growling up the drapes, that freaked me out. The last night the electricity went out from 10 pm to about 10am. The place needs work!」

「Pros: * super friendly staff * good location Cons: * no restaurant - the hotel emailed us 6 times before our stay. Not a single time did they let us know their cook had quit so they closed the restaurant. This was one of the reasons we had picked this hotel. * no AC - the air conditioner wasn't working in our room with 90F weather. As it blew hot air, I turned it off and asked them to fix it. So insulting, they told me it worked, I just had to find the remote and turn it on! So I called...

「The unit was right above the bar and other entertainment common areas. It was loud till around 22:00. The hotel animator was loud and overdone. Other than that, the ocean front was very shallow on the entire beach. Good for kids. Our hosts were excellent and very helpful. The unit was spacious and clean and very comfortable. Choose local off site restaurants rather than the buffet.」
