「The cottage was very quiet and remote yet the road is no problem at all. It has a stunning view and there’s a walk route where you can explore nearby villages and farm. The cottage owner was friendly and accommodating. She prepared freshly baked scones, milk, coffee, tea, sugar ready on our arrival. She checked on us as well twice to make sure we’re okay. 「The property was excellent and well maintained. The local area had everything we needed. 」

「It was an excellent 2 night stay, breakfast was plentiful and delicious with lots of choice, bed was very comfortable providing a good night's sleep and being able to use the swimming pool was an added plus, would definitely reccomend. 」

「First time I have stayed at Nomi in Bangor and I must say, it won’t be the last. What a beautiful place. The room I had was spotless, huge and with a beautiful view. The family that run the hotel are so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. I ate in the restaurant, which was lovely, overlooking the sea and pier and the food was absolutely amazing. I had the lamb rogan Josh, which I would highly recommend. Definitely a 10 out of 10 from me and would not hesitate to book here again. Thanks you...

「Stayed here in July 2025 and found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is very old and probably needs a facelift. I booked a separate room for my kids and it was extremely small. Our room was ocean facing and very large. Breakfast was pretty good and a great price! Not sure I would stay again but maybe explore another hotel on the water. But it was clean, staff great and very resonible.」

「Room spacious and comfortable with extras like tea/coffee/water well stocked. Bath was nice to have but also a powerful shower. Food is good although service stops a little early - especially on Sunday. Breakfast very good - all cooked to order.」

「I couldn’t fault this hotel, we was only there 1 night but it was perfect for us, we had top floor room with good views it’s a short walk to the pier and local Main Street with all the restaurants and bars so I’ve no complaints and the breakfast had plenty of choices and the full English hit the spot after a day and night on the beer :-) 」

「We were sadly only there for one night, but we really wanted to stay much longer! Our room was amazing, so spacious and beautiful, and the hosts were so sweet, generous and helpful! Would recommend a stay here to everyone. 」

「Lovely hotel, nice big rooms and clean. Staff very friendly. Food in bar and breakfast was excellent. Only gripe was charging a extra £25 pp to use leisure facilities. This is only issue that lets hotel down. Guests shouldn’t be charged extra to use facilities. It was free before 9am or after 5.15pm but this just meant it was way too busy at these times and kinda spoilt experience. 」
