The property was extremely dirty, every piece of kitchenware, cutlery, and glassware had to be washed before use. 「Cabin was booked and premium paid for with a Sea view as per receipt. The cabin supplied was for a river view, very disappointing. Reception at Big 4 Park offered no assistance or compensation, just blamed Hotels.com even though our receipt showed a sea view. Have not been able to get any assistance from Hotels.com for compensation at this time.」
