"We've stayed here often the last 2 years to visit family. Overall a great value, especially with the breakfast and happy hour. Housekeeping seems to be not as good, but still acceptable ( except for not replenished coffee in the room consistently)"

"Check in was terrible! It was already 4:00 and didn’t have our room ready. They said they will send me a message when it will be ready. My room wasn’t ready until 6:30 PM!! They didn’t waive me the resort fees or the parking fees, regardless of the late check in that they gave me."

"My room was adequate and clean. I did have a newer / remodeled room so it was nice. The amenities served my purpose. The hotel staff was really nice, especially Barbara. My one suggestion is - Motel 6 should invest in paving the parking area. Thank you."

"The hotel is located right on the beach with a nice pool and lots of lounge chairs by the pool and on the beach. The Tulu restaurant on the main floor is great with wonderful staff. The rooms are good size. We had a suite with partial view of the ocean that was very comfortable and spacious. There were a few minor issues that should be relatively simple to fix. One was the elevators that needed the room key to be scanned to operate but often did not read the cards and were stuck. The lines were long and sometimes it took long to get to the room. There were no luggage racks to carry the luggage and no bellman by the door. The front desk had to call them. The windows of the rooms without a balcony were dirty and made the view much less attractive. Lastly, the database of the rooms was inaccurate. We asked for an accessible room for my mother-in-law, and the room they assigned to her had a tub not a shower. We had to come downstairs (with the slow elevator) and request a different room. Had to wait for the room to be cleaned although it was after 4:00 PM. Overall a fine hotel but seemed a little careless about being perfect, maybe because they had enough customers and did not need to do better."

"This was our 2nd stay. We stayed 4 nights. Check in was quick & Check out was even more quicker. The staff were awesome and a special thank you to the Housekeeper, Candice whom I enjoyed seeing every morning she was really sweet and accommodating. Kuddos and keep up the good work"
