"Rooms were great but the bed was a bit harder than expected "

"The room was not clean. There was urine all over the outside of the shower curtain, a puddle of dried urine behind the toilet on the floor. The baseboards were caked in dust and dirt. A pillow had a large dried booger on it. The floor of the bedroom had not been vacuumed as it had sprinkles and other various crumbs. The table in our room had spilled food dried on to it. The duvet cover was covered in someones make up. I took photos of everything and plan on posting them with a review. I wound up buying cleaning products to make the room somewhat sanitary. I am disappointed at the amount of money that I was charged to stay in a room that was disgusting. "

"The staff was attentive and we had a full breakfast everyday, which was great because it gave us more time not having to search for a restaurant and had more time with family. Our room also had an awesome view of the beach! I would stay here again!"

"Staff confused me for someone else saying I didn’t pay that was honestly embarrassing like I didn’t have the money also gave me the wrong room n keys at that everything was wrong for check in waited so long when I was told a couple minutes then tried saying they were looking for me we made eye contact a couple times but other then dat rest off staff was great "
