"Top tier modern style hotel. Customer service, housekeeping, amenities were all impeccable. Walking distant to department stores, restaurants, grocery store, entertainment, movies and more. My go to hotel next time my family visists Albuquerque!"
"Beds were really comfortable and it was quiet. We were able to get our rooms right next to eachother. Only downfall was there were not many channels on the the tv."
"We did not stay at this property. Upon arrival, we were extremely uncomfortable with the environment—there were prostitutes outside the building, and the area felt unsafe.
When we checked in, we were only given one towel, and when we asked for more, we were told we'd have to wait until some were washed. This alone was unacceptable, but the condition of the room made things worse. It had an overpowering smell of must and cigarettes, and the overall cleanliness and atmosphere were far below any reasonable standard.
We left immediately. We did not feel safe and could not stay even one night. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property."
