Roaches

Parking sucked we had to park in the back of the hotel and we’re only allowed to use the from entrance. Staff was fairly nice. Once getting into the room it was really nice very clean however there was roaches everywhere. Will NOT be going back ever. We ran as fast as we could out them doors.

The front desk staff was the rudest person ever. I came in at 4:30 with a reservation and she told me I had to wait so she could check if there was a clean room available. She told me that everyone has to be in by 10 pm as it was their policy. And if I wasn't out of the room by 11 am then staff would knock on my door to have me leave. Alo, why does it take my deposit immediately but she informed me it will take 7-10 business days to refund. I've never heard of that. I had just traveled 11 hours so I really didn't want to search for something else so we stayed. The room was decent, area was quiet

This property reminded me of a Motel 6. It was clean, the staff were friendly, but it was very basic. The bed reminded me of an inexpensive bed frame bought on Amazon. It was fine for the 6ish hours I was there. I just needed a place to sleep after driving all day.

The rooms are basic but comfortable. I would recommend bringing your own personal items to brighten your expierience with the room. But the staff was spectacular. The staff were friendly, kind and helpful. The staff assisted with what they could do to make the stay pleasurable.

The inside was very clean besides the few roaches I found in my room but I guess you're going to find them no matter where you go it's part of where we live the outside of the property is very unsafe unclean other than that we had no problems there would recommend for the price

Loved the fact that there was No Carpet. Big 2 Bed unit with kitchen. Comfortable beds. Safe and quiet area with easy access to the highway. Will definitely be back as we come to Albuquerque several times a year.

Staff was friendly especially the young man in the front. The area however felt unsafe and the inside of the building looked more like a motel than a hotel, several upgrades are needed to furniture, toiletries, and amenities.

It was easy to check in. There was quite a few homeless people hanging around the building. There was a drug deal happening a few vehicles down from ours. The hallways smelt so bad like weed, smoke, and a mixture of people cooking food. The rooms were fairly clean but we did see a few cockroaches. I would not recommend staying here.
