"Pool was closed. Lounge was closed. The room smelled like urine. The entire building was in poor condition...holes in ceiling and walls, ripped carpet, loose balcony railing, etc"

"It was what youd expect from an $100 a night hotel but the staff was nice and the grounds were well kept. The beach area is a nice addition. The rooms were clean enough and the breakfast was bare minimum but better than nothing. Overall it was what we paid for. "

"Ugh I wish I could give this hotel a perfect score, but our room smelled like dog. Other than the smell, the room was perfect and the staff was amazing. I informed the staff of the smell because I didn’t want them to think we brought a pet. I didn’t want to move rooms because we were already settled, so they couldn’t do much anyway. I would still stay here again, but I would ask to make sure I got a pet free room. "

"The Pensacola Beach stay was absolutely amazing. This hotel has beautiful views, an amazing pool with a lazy river, the beach right off the pool area, and is in walking distance to the boardwalk and shops. The hotel is clean, bright, and has a nice breakfast daily. It is totally a family friendly area. And, we saw dolphins twice. We'll be back. "
