「We (4 adults) enjoyed our stay very much. Finding this hidden treasure off the main road was a little difficult the first time, but we learned the visual landmarks quickly. We felt VERY secure inside the Suites and it was quiet and relaxing. Located in a neighborhood, we had very pleasant interactions with the local residents and frequented the grocery store nearby. David, the Manager, was WONDERFUL with communication and photos showing us where to park, how to gain entrance and get to our rooms...

「Super nice place in a gated community. The pictures didn't do it justice. We had a group of four so it was perfect. Lower level had a laundry room and 2 equal sized bedrooms with bathrooms inside. Each room also had a private patio with amazing views. Upstairs had a 3rd bathroom, full kitchen, dining room, living room. The outdoor covered patio wrapped around the side of the house and has even better views. We sat out there for hours at a time. 」

「Reallu great experience, the host was great and the location is amazing. My only conpaint is tge running trains are a bit loud, but San Jose is a noisy place no matter where you stay so no stars lost. Ill try to stay here again soon.」

「Personnel acceuillant mais parlant peu anglais. Seule la demoiselle lors de notre depart nous a compris. Lors de notre premier matin, nous avons pris notre douche a l'eau froide. Déjeuner correct. Personne n'a pu nous aider pour connecter notre nouvelle carte SIM.」

「Muy mal. No pude utilizar la reservación. El hotel tiene varios días de estar clausurado por remodelación. Tuve que buscar alojamiento en otro lugar, con los consecuentes inconvenientes. Exijo que se me reintegre inmediatamente el monto que Hoteles.com cargó en mi tarjeta de crédito.」
