"We stayed 7 nights in Junior Suites with sea views and private hot tubs on the balcony (we had separate rooms). We’ll remember this stay for a long time.
The rooms are essentially as described: clean, well serviced daily, comfortable bed, fresh towels/robes, plenty of amenities, and a well-stocked mini fridge. The hot tub was a highlight (it takes a while to fill, but it’s amazing once it’s going).
A quick, honest note: it comes across as “luxury,” but I’d call it a high-quality boutique stay that’s slightly unrefined around the edges. A couple of design quirks: the open shower can spray water onto the floor, and my friend’s toilet door was a saloon-style door. My AC dripped and got noisy one night, but the team seemed to spot and fix it without me even reporting it — no issues after.
The setting is incredible for wildlife: white-faced monkeys crossed our balconies most days, with toucans and macaws flying past. The pool is excellent (and deep), the loungers are comfortable, and the adults-only option is a plus.
Staff were the standout — genuinely kind and helpful. Breakfast was good and varied daily; restaurant food was solid and reasonably priced. They also booked tours at fair prices.
Bonus: There’s a complimentary golf buggy shuttle around the local area, which made getting around much easier."
