"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"There were ants everywhere in the apartment, including in the fridge. The Wi-Fi didn't work either. "

"The view from is breathtaking, you have to walk 15 to get to bus station. It’s very quiet . Communication with local office is very poor . You are paying for view The place is extremely small . You are far from town and bus stops . "

"Spacious apartment just a block from the waterfront and convenient to the funicular to train station. Grocery store across the street. "

"Nicely furnished with great view. If you have a rental then make sure that you have a small car, because the road up to the apartment and especially the parking spot in the garage is very very narrow. "

"We did not have Wi-Fi the first day, nor could we get the washing machine to work. Thankfully, Alex came to the apartment and replaced the Wi-Fi equipment which made a huge difference as we were planning our destinations for our stay in Switzerland. Thanks again, Alex!"

"The apartment was close to the water, cafes, and restaurants. The layout was very nice. We used the pull out couch, and it was comfortable. The washer and dryer were also easy to use. Appliances were modern, as well as the bathroom. The bottle of rosé was an appreciated touch! "

"Great property, but a bit difficult to communicate for concerns, and no wifi. "

"Nice well equipped apartment. Full kitchen, nice bathroom and laundry. Near the lake, and 5 blocks from center of town. There is no communication with the host, so be sure to read all emails and Expedia messages. "

"The apartment is well-equipped and is located in a centric area, walking distance to the lake and main shopping streets. Highly recommendable."

"Happy rentals ends up unhappy, I tried to upgrade what I booked because I need to work remotely. It’s was totally inflexible, event for un upgrade was not possible. I prefer to avoid Happy rentals."

"This was truly a dream! I will definitely come back to Lugano and stay here. It was raining the entire time but it made the stay more romantic.
