"The hotel was fantastic, very modern with lots of amenities. Very close to the train station but not so close that there was any noise disruption. Everywhere in interlarken was walkable but the hotel also provided transport passes and helped out with any queries we had. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty and always well stocked. Would stay again"

"A great place to stay in Bern! Nice lounge area with free coffee/tea available 24 hours. Although they give you codes to doors and rooms in advance, there is a host at the hotel most hours. You can have a key card if you prefer this instead of codes. I would have liked the option to buy a drink to enjoy on the Roof Top Terrace. Amazing views from there. Main lamp post attached to the bed in my room was an unusual experience; it does "swing" when you move around in the bed and makes a noise, that woke me up, but I am also not a heavy sleeper. I missed a TV though, at least in the lounge"
