「Bonne location 」

「The property was spotless, Carlos the property manager was a huge wealth of knowledge and so incredibly hospitable, everything about this location was absolutely amazing.」

「We booked this for 2 nights, on the first night we noticed that the hot water really didn't get hot. I messaged the management and they just told me which way to turn the hot water nob. I contacted them later saying the hot water still wasn't working and I never heard back. The kitchen sink was broken and the faucet was held together with Scotch tape.」

「We loved our stay at Nayari Villas! The villa was beautiful, even better than the pictures. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool. We had a beautiful view of the Arenal volcano. After a couple of days of travelling, I was happy to be able to do some laundry. The rooms were nice and we enjoyed the extra blankets since we like sleeping with heavy blankets. The beds were a bit firm (we prefer extra soft mattresses), but we still slept very well. We used the kitchen to make a homemade meal one...

「El lugar pertenece a un extranjero quien no se encuentra en el país, por lo que el lugar lo manejan empleados nacionales que si tienen mejor el concepto del servicio al cliente. Con relaciòn al dueño, su trato hacia mi persona por celular, dado su inoperancia o falta del manejo del uso de las plataformas que reservan su spot, lo hizo comportarse de forma hostil y patán, aun viendo por mensajes el pago del recibo la reserva y rebajo del banco, por lo tanto no recomiendo este lugar de...
