I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your establishment. Upon my arrival, I was met with a substandard room that was in a state of disrepair. The floors were unclean, the bed was damaged, and the air conditioning unit was malfunctioning.
Despite my repeated requests to be transferred to a different room, I was only offered room 410, which was even more unsatisfactory. I documented the condition of both rooms with photographs as evidence of the cleanliness issues.
I promptly lodged a complaint with the night desk clerk, who assured me that management would be contacted to address the room issues. However, I have not received any response from them.
Upon my departure, the desk clerk informed me that she was the supervisor and had not received any communication from the other desk clerk regarding the room issues. She suggested that I should have booked through their channel, as she would have been able to assist me more effectively.
I have since written a formal complaint, providing evidence of the room conditions and the lack of response from management. The desk clerk, despite her title, was unable to assist me due to the fact that I booked through a third-party service.
I am deeply disappointed with my experience at your hotel and would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter further.
