「Los Altos is nice. However, for the price, I think you get better service at other nearby properties. The staff seemed young and not very accommodating. We have two kids with celiac. We had seen some reviews that they did a great job with other families. We did not have that experience. The beach is very rocky there so essentially not swimmable. You have to take a car down to the beach. It's very inconvenient. The pool is mediocre. I would not stay here again. 」

「The VIEW from our room and from the pool area is UNBEATABLE! I would highly recommend. The staff was accommodating and friendly as well. A couple of things to note, the drive up to it can be a little rough so a sturdy car is nice to have, the shower water doesn’t seem to get hot, the room itself doesn’t have tv or convenient access to outlets but all these things are minor issues compared to the beauty of the view. 」
