"We had a wonderful stay at Los Lagos! Our kids absolutely loved the water slides and the variety of pools, which kept them entertained for hours. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the stunning views of Arenal Volcano made the setting even more spectacular. It’s the perfect place for families looking to relax while enjoying everything the area has to offer."

"I need to remove one star becuase front desk staff communication issues ( they messed my reservation for air port drop) other wise it is very nice property . Thermal pool are very good . Also breakfast was very good ."

"We stayed for a week of our honeymoon! The personal thermal spa was perfect for a glass of wine and relaxation! The staff were friendly and helpful. Booking all of the excursions we requested. The spa was also fantastic with amazing massage therapists! Thank you so much!"

"Highly recommend this hotel. The property is lush and pretty. The staff is amazing, and speak multiple languages. They are also super helpful. It has a nice pool, (that is heated), with swim up bar. The rooms are clean, but expect a few friends. We had a cute frog and baby lizard in our bathroom. The rooms are a bit quirky, as evidenced by the photo’s. We stayed in the two bedroom villa with the mini private pool. The only downside is there isn’t a main sitting area, but having a private pool makes it worth it. The daily breakfast is really good, it’s buffet style, with different breakfast options every day."

"Fantastic property and in a beautiful location in the middle of the rainforest. Lots of activity to do in and around the property in the middle of the rainforest - wildlife watching, ziplining, horseback riding, hiking and much more to do. The rooms are also so set in beautiful surroundings right in the middle of nature. Worth the extra expense and highly recommend for couples and families with kids !"
