"Absolutely amazing experience. Clean and everything you need. Staff makes you feel safe. Was out late and there was a sketchy guy following me and yelling things at me. I made it to the hotel and let the staff know, they all stepped in without hesitation. Would highly recommend. Will be staying here if I ever come back to London."

I paid £300 to stay here and would honestly say it’s the worst quality of room I’ve seen at this price point or even lower. There are much better options. Positives: location and the lobby area. "
