"This apartment is managed by a management company. It was the only one where I had to pay a damage deposit (150 Euros) up front. You only get refunded 10-15 days after their confirmation of the way we left it. In our case they refunded when I asked for a status after 13 days. The location is near the metro which is wonderful. "So me and 3 of my mates ended up booking badalona instead of Barcelona, typical error when you are brainless and basically wanting the sesh, however... The apartment in its self couldn't have been better....
