「Great location, near the Meijer Gardens and easy to get to downtown Grand Rapids. Clean property, ample parking, friendly staff. Breakfast was good and great way to start the day. Appreciated the always available coffee, cold water, tea and cookies! Room was good size, bathroom also with sufficient towels and large counter. Nightlight in bathroom is great. AC unit is not too loud. Nice to have coffee maker, fridge and microwave in room. Plenty of outlets to charge phone, computer etc. Nice...

「Cleanest hotel I have been to! Standard king room was a great size and everything was modern/up to date. Staff was super friendly at check in, passing by at night, and at checkout in the morning! Location is also great and convenient for doing some shopping :) Would definitely stay again!」

「Super new and clean. Friendly staff. Loved the outdoor fire pits.」

「IAbsolutely loved everything about this hotel! If you’re looking for an upscale stay in Grand Rapids, look no further. This place is stunning, with such a warm, cozy atmosphere and beautiful energy. It has all the elegance you could want while still making you feel completely comfortable. The design deserves a review of its own. Whoever created this space thought about every single detail. From the interiors to my gorgeous room, everything felt intentional and beautifully put together. I kept...

「Friendly staff. Always going beyond standard service.」

「Friendly staff. Room was clean. Appreciated the new facility. Although the room doesn't have carpet - it means there aren't any questionable things hiding in the carpet. I am a fan and will likely stay here again.」

「lady working night shift, not nice or friendly at all.」

「This is urgent. Please check if you have double charged this room, as credit card company sent two bills with same amount. 」

「I loved the look of the hotel inside and outside. The room was nicely decorated. The only 3 problems that I had were the beds,, pillows, and the bathtub. The bed was hard and the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in at any hotel. I slept on all 4 pillows and it felt like I slept on 1. It was not the regular hotel pillows. The bathtub was dirty with hair in it, and when I stepped in, it made sounds that made me feel like I was about to fall through. I looked forward to a good night’s sleep...

「Very clean and friendly staff.」
