Overall: Fabulous at a fair price! 5-stars - Highly recommended for couples or solo travelers. Location: Villa Botanica is located in Old Cannes, amidst shops & restaurants, corner grocery stores and large open air markets, as well as mass transportation (steps from the central bus depot). I normally stay in Centerville (around The Carlton), but I've enjoyed staying in Old Cannes, which is a 7-10 min walk to the West. I find Old Cannes more lively and much less tourist-trappy than Centerville. Property: It's beautiful and decorated very tastefully. It's cozy, but makes expert use of the space. It felt perfect for couples or solo travelers. It's large enough for a child (or friend) who could crash on the couch, but I wouldn't recommend more than 3 people. It has cold air conditioning which was a must-have if you're visiting in the summer, laundry in the lobby, and kitchenette with all the necessities for simple meals in (but really, you should eat out in Cannes!). Host & Communication: Top-notch host -- proactive, kind, responsive. Easy check-in and check-out. I didn't need anything additional, but I felt like if anything needed addressing, it would have been at once.

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Botanica in Cannes. The apartment was excellent - spacious, in great condition, and equipped with a well-appointed kitchenette that made it easy to feel at home. Communication with the host, Yana, was seamless, and access to the property was smooth and straightforward. I’d highly recommend staying here and will definitely be booking again myself!
