This is a cheap and cheerful apart-hotel located just outside the centre of Grasse. It was quiet, the host was friendly and helpful, and it suited our purposes (a couple of nights) perfectly. The hotel does not currently provide breakfast but there is a good local café just round the corner.

Well located, older facilities

Old facilities and fittings. Everything worked but it is all a bit tired. The mattress is surprisingly unsupportive but the water is hot and the bath is bigger than in most hotels. Perfectly situated if you have to go to court or if you want to take the train to Cannes

Acceuil indisponible entre midi et 16h donc attention à votre organisation. Par contre zéro wifi donc impossible de travailler. Pas de ménage durant le séjour (option même pas proposée) ni petit déjeuner!!

Très bonne surprise. Très bon accueil. À savoir que la chambre doit être libérée à 10h alors même si il est possible de rester après pour la piscine c'est préférable de ne pas arriver trop tard le jour précédent si vous ne passez qu'une nuit pour en profiter vraiment. On le sait pour la prochaine fois.

More or Less OK

Family Stay for 2 overnights (Saturday-Sunday) in February with the following positive and negative aspects: This is actually more “Apartment” than “Hotel”. Therefore there is no reception or other personnel available on Sundays. However, communication with hotel employees was informative, sufficient and “in advance”. The location of the hotel: close to train station, to hospital, to parking area, quiet, and providing good views. Nevertheless, there is a distance from the center and in consideration of the topography and arrangement of Grasse, it looks not very convenient, unless one uses car or taxi. The problem is exacerbated during low season. Also, it would have been more convenient if the hotel would had posted (near reception) a selection of some Restaurants with Delivery Service in order to be easier for the traveler with late arrival (or on Sundays) to find something to eat. Parking Area of the Hotel is limited. Nevertheless one could find space inside a nearby parking by paying per hour. Cleanliness requires some improvement. In order to specify: bed sheets, available utensils and other amenities. Comfort of the Hotel was satisfactory both in regard to space and available equipment. I guess also that during summer time the balcony will be a relaxing experience. Maintenance should have been also more careful in respect to the needs of the customer, since for 2 days, 3 people had been provided with one roll of toilette paper without spare.

Bonne emplacement pour visiter la côté d azure

Point positif: accueil, sympathie et conseil du personnel + l'emplacement au top pour visiter Grasse, canne, Nice, Antibe et leur fabuleuse plages! Nous disposons egalemen de tout ce qu on peut avoir besoin. Propreté des lieux. Confort du balcon. Point négatif: établissement à rafraîchir un peu vieillot à mon goût . trop onéreux pour ce type d hôtel (en haute saison sinon les prix rest correct). Parking un peu cher mais l hôtel dispose de 4places gratuite souvent prise par les même client (un roulement serait plus juste). L'accès à l'hôtel n'est pas top.

Hlet ok hotel, men tråkig omgivning

Själva hotellet i sig var helt ok. Receptionen är endast bemannad några timmar om dagen och helt stängd på söndagar. Det gick inte att få frukost på söndagar och en var därför tvungen att köpa det själv i pentryt, det fanns inte några bra affärer i närheten, så frukosten blev lite tråkig. Renligheten och bekvämligheten var bra. Poolen var väldigt uppskattad. Det fanns inga bra restauranger i närheten och med små barn är det jobbigt at ta sig runt i Grasse då det är väldigt branta backar och många trappor.

idéal pour tout le monde

bon accueil la piscine et le sauna était sympa l'appartement aussi et le balcon assez grand parfait pour manger le soir et le midi avec une bonne vue et l'endroit bien situé accès a plusieurs grande ville avec pas beaucoup de route a faire pour y aller

hôtel bien situé

Bonne appréciation dans l'ensemble. Pour le confort il est à améliorer par des armoires de rangement dans la chambre (une seule penderie pour 4 personnes dans le hall !) et dans la pièce de séjour (pas d'armoire pour mettre ses affaires, les provisions, etc). Une table assez grande supporte la tv. La remplacer par un meuble de rangement. Le personnel est aimable. La connexion internet un peu faible.

Bonne situation géographique

Pas mal, un peu mince comme cloison avec les voisins.... assez calme cependant. Piscine OK, malgré le temps maussade. Propreté des lieux et accueil des tenanciers. Il manque d'armoires dans un logement pour 4 personnes. Ajouter svp une armoire dans le living, à la place de la table qui supporte la télé. Ajouter une armoire dans la chambre. Lorsqu'on loge à plusieurs, les affaires doivent rester dans les valises.

je ne connaissais pas ce genre d'hotels, j'ai été très agréablement surprise de la composition du logement, de son équipement et de plus l'amabilité du personnel et de son accueil et plus que satisfaisant, l'emplacement près de la gare et du centre ville on peut tout faire a pied.
