Friendly and Helpful staff, with a professional approach. Thank you to the management, the lady who took care of the breakfast and reception areas and the housekeeping staff. Excellent service. Clean, comfortable and quiet room. Easily accessible. Near the main train station and all public transport. Situated in the shopping area, pedestrian street. Easy walk to the famous Palais des Festivals, the Croisette, sea and beach. High-speed WiFi worked perfectly, male it easy to carry out urgent business matters. Great place to stay at. Highly recommend! Great breakfast to start a busy day with.

1st night in single room however it was mentioned that shower and toilets on level below outside the room. So vey lithle room, no possibility to open the little window!!! 2nd days withe extra money I was in single room with all inside, however, the smell of shower and toilet were awful, hopefully it is possible to close the door. Air conditioning in this room, bed was ok. Place between rue Antibes and station which was good.

Fantastic place to stay in an excellent location. Extremely close to both the train station and seafront. Very friendly staff who are lovely to chat to and keen to help in anyway possible. I travel 5 or 6 times a year and wish every hotel was like this!

Horrible room om a budget

Picture and room did not match. One of my worse hotel nights ever. I had gotten a bargain for 60 EUR. The fine print was that the room was lacking AC as well as restroom. However the pictures showed a much more stacious room. With decent sized windows. With 27 degrees outside, and a very slim window with curtains difficult to take away, the room was way at least 35 degrees night time. A slow fan didn’t do much work. Shared shower and toilet was on a different floor.

40 degrees and no Air condition

The room was very small. The carpets and Walls were not clean. 2 nights I got back to the hotel and could not get in. No one was working. Tried calling the hotel but No response. Luckily another guest came out to smoke outside, Otherwise I would have spend the night on the Street. Worst part was that there were no Air condition, which was not mentioned on hotels.com. Also no TV contradictory to what it says on hotels.com. The rooms are far more run down as it looks like on the pictures. I lost 3 kilos due to the heat at night, but also slept horrible. Next door was a birthday party place playing loud music till late night. I’m so tired after this vacation that I need another one to recover. Personnel was ok. They provided me a Fan and they stored medicin for me in a fridge in another hotel down the Street.

Camera singola con wc e doccia in comune molto spartana, piccola e dotata del solo essenziale. I servizi igienici si trovano in un’altra ala del piano e sono quindi scomodi. Struttura in pieno centro e pulita.

Struttura che si presenta a 4 stelle che a mio avviso non corrispondono. Servizi basilari solitamente compresi nel prezzo a pagamento come extra. Struttura ben proporzionata al ricevimento di comitive, meno per chi volesse una vacanza romantica. Aree comuni molto rumorose. Posizione davvero ottima e personale competente e disponibile.

Pour une nuit OK mais pas plus

J'ai loué une chambre solo 80€ la nuit, le site de l'hôtel indiquait que la chambre était rénovée récemment et qu'il y avait télé, climatisation, douche et WC. En prenant ma chambre, le réceptionniste m'offre le petit déjeuner, j'ai compris pourquoi après : douche et WC sur le palier de l'étage en dessous, pas de télévision et une climatisation portable inutile puisque l'air chaud ne peut être évacué qu'en ouvrant la fenêtre (dont l'état fait pas rénové du tout). Heureusement la literie est correcte et confortable.

De passage pour une nuit dans ce petit hôtel parfaitement situé en plein centre de Cannes et à 1minute à pied de la gare TGV. Ma chambre était renové toute neuve et vraiment agréable épuré avec tout ce qu’il faut à l’intérieur. J’ai étais agréablement surpris pour un hôtel 2 étoiles
