I have been already in this hotel with my whole team for a business trip and now also for a private trip. It's really close (by foot) to the train station, but far enough not to hear the trains. And also only some minutes by foot from the beach. Restaurants you have literally just accross the street. I really recommend the hotel.

Great location near the beach and the walking street with lots of restaurants. Also close to the park where all live entertainment was held. Staff were friendly and helpful especially Manuela. The hotel is old and could use some updates and breakfast was good.

Juan Les Pins Best Western Astoria

Cleanliness was definitely good. Room space was a little tight. Decent breakfast. A solid 3-star experience at a 3-star hotel. Good location about five minutes from the beach. Also well-located for grocery stores, restaurants and boulangeries.

This hotel doesn't fullfill the criteria of a 3-star hotel. I would rate it as a 2-star hotel. However, the location is great (it's a 4 minute walk to the beaches of Juan Les Pins), the rooms are clean and the service is good. I would recommend it for a short stay at Juan Les Pins.

Everything was working very well for us until the elevator broke down. We were on the 4th floor and we have to use the stairs for 2 days! They didn't fix it and didn't even apologize for it when we checked out and had to carry our laggage on the stairs!
