The mattress relieves fatigue.

The mattress is very comfortable and clean, equipped with a dining table, which is considerate. The geographical location is superior, and there are many restaurants nearby, which is convenient. The sound insulation is so quiet. It would be perfect if there was a microwave in the room.

The room was a bit dirty and needs updating & someone vehicle right outside our window kept making noise woke us up two times during late night & when I first got to location I had to wait awhile for person to come give me my key there wasn’t anything in the black box how instructions said and the black box was opened when I walked in to check in so that was a bit confusing

Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended ​We recently stayed at the Mountain View Inn in Canmore, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. While the stay started on a high note with a smooth process and the staff kindly granting us an early check-in, the experience went downhill quickly once we entered the room. ​The Room & Amenities: The accommodations are incredibly dated. The television was so tiny it was barely functional by modern standards. While the beds were decent enough to get a night's sleep, the rest of the room felt neglected. ​The Bathroom: It was the biggest letdown and felt quite unsanitary. ​Cleanliness: We found hair on the floor upon arrival, which immediately "icked out" our kids. They were so uncomfortable that they avoided using the washroom as much as possible during our stay. ​Condition: The space felt unclean, likely due to how old and worn everything was. The bathroom door was swollen and would not shut completely, providing no privacy. ​Fixtures: The toilet bowl was exceptionally low, seemingly built for "tiny humans", making it awkward to use. ​Toiletries & Linens The "underwhelming" theme continued here. The toiletries provided were basic and poor quality. Most frustratingly, the bath towels were absurdly small, barely larger than a hand towel. They wouldn’t even wrap around a waist, making the post-shower experience very inconvenient. The lack of cleanliness and the aging infrastructure made this a very disappointing experience

I'll start by saying that it wasn't horrible. The room was clean, but I was very surprised to see what the hotel actually was when I arrived. It's very old school with physical keys instead of keycards. I could hear people walking around and closing doors, but overall it was pretty quiet. I say this with a grain of salt, because I feel that if there were noisier guests, we would have been able to hear them through the thin walls. This said, we did not actually experience that. I rented the room as it had an 8.4 rating, and was quite affordable, but it felt like I was stepping into 1986 all over again. Would I stay there again? If the price was right and I just needed a place to sleep - maybe. But I'd also likely look for alternatives in the future. Additionally, parking was very difficult to find - so if you choose this hotel, be there early. There was no room in the lot, and I couldn't find any parking within blocks. I did eventually find a spot, but will not reveal any more details than that.

Water took quite awhile to go from lukeward to decently hot for shower/tub. Never did get acceptably hot IMO. Bath towels need upgrading. Way too small and poor/outdated quality. Room was very nice and seemed quite clean. Comfy beds. Front desk staff were promptly helpful and friendly.

Stayed here recently The room itself was clean, which I appreciated, but that’s about where the positives end. There were virtually no amenities unless you pay more – I paid additional charges for a room with a fridge and coffee machine, but the experience still felt very basic. Service was minimal. The front desk was polite, but it’s clearly a no-frills operation. Housekeeping is only offered if you’re staying 3 nights or more, so for shorter stays you’re on your own. My main concern: I found were insect in the bathroom. It didn’t make the place unusable, but it was off-putting. Overall, it’s an ultra-budget spot that works if you just need a clean place to sleep, but paying extra for the fridge and coffee machine didn’t really add much value.
