"The Malcolm staff were so helpful! The room was incredible, we loved the spacious bathroom. The pools and fire pit area were great. Parking was simple. The pathway behind the hotel through spring creek was such a great walk for our family! We wish they had more bikes available on staff especially smaller ones for kids. And many of the board games in the game area were missing pieces and parts and in poor condition. Overall it was an amazing experience"

"We had an excellent stay. The wine and cheese was a nice treat after a long day of exploring the area. We had a problem with the water in our room and the night staff helping us was excellent. She arranged for everything to be fixed first thing the next day and checked in with us to be sure everything was to our satisfaction. Great spot and we would definitely stay here again."
