Hotel Riu Palace Kukulkan - Adults Only - All Inclusive
Food was very good. Service was awesome. Pools were great, service staff friendly and promp. Remember it is nice to tip these people. If ypu want to walk to gift shops you may want to stay in one of the other Riu's in Cancun.

We’ve been to 3 separate RIU locations and this was by far our least favorite. The Westin Resort & Spa, Cancun
Pool area was nice. Rooms are a bit dated but we did get maid service daily if not twice daily. Beach was small with lots of sargassum. Prices for food and drink were ridiculously expensive. I have to think there are better options. I would not stay here again.
