Food is not great compared to other hotels we've stayed at. Late night menu is terrible. No room service. Property seems very old. Elevators stopped working the day we were checking out and had to carry a large suitcase down 6 flights of stairs.

Sunscape Cancun All-Inclusive Resort & Spa by Hyatt
You have to literally "save" beach chairs by 7am if you want the chairs in the shaded areas. Staff was friendly and nice. Good food and service.
