It was excellent. One thing that was a deal breaker was the water bottles. As guests I wish they gave us free drinking water 24/7.

Easy check in with professional staffer. Room was very nice but room temperature was only slightly cool and you couldn’t adjust it. Overall, great breakfast and the rooftop pools looked amazing.

Great hotel, very clean and staff is extremely helpful. Concierge will help guests with any help they need regarding tours, excursions, etc.

This property was super nice and the price was well worth it. The rooftop pool sealed the deal. I felt safe, the vibe was great, the service was great and the price I could not beat it booking last minute the day before. I’m glad I chose this place.

The breakfast is fantastic. My wife and I stay here and enjoy the peace of this setting. Not beach front if that is what you want but, being able to enjoy a great and ample meal in the morning. We generally cook a basic meal in our room for the evening and love our time here. The staff is very friendly and my wife loves their margaritas.

I loved the food at the snack bar on the roof top next to one of the 2 pools. Breakfast was delicious. I like the fact you can transportation to the mall. You just have to catch a cab back since its only one way.

No les preocupa la limpieza, me quejé que cuando hacían el servicio en el cuarto no estaba bien solo tendían cama y ponían toalla limpia nada más y no mejoraron, solo limpian donde se ve, me dejaron cucharas sucias cuando recién hice check in!

Awesome place to stay! The staff are really friendly and the housekeeping team do an amazing and thorough job each time! The hotel is close to major attractions in Cancun. They have a complementary shuttle that was down for most of our stay but no fault of theirs! Breakfast was good as well, would recommend especially for families with children.
