This was such a lovely resort. We went for a girls getaway and had the best time. On night one, we had a water issue in our room — the manager upgraded us and gave us an amazing alternate room for our trouble. Overall would definitely stay again!

Completely fabulous! The staff was so welcoming and friendly. The onsite restaurants were all fantastic. The best was the Italian restaurant (La Luce) as head chef Sergio prepared a magnificent menu. The service by Ricardo (waiter) was also splendid. You should stay for at least a week at this resort. It was dreamy!

This is a family resort for sure, and it was beautiful. The rooms are pretty standard, so if you are 3 or 4 to a room, I would upgrade to a bigger suite, as many of the rooms have 2 queen sized beds, and a narrow table and bench. I heard the kids club was one of the best by a family. The entertainment staff work so incredibly hard. I went with 11-year-old twins, who were too old for kid's club, and participated in some of the daytime activities. The nighttime events start a little later, and it was fun! They also have a hangout with ping-pong and video games, which my kids loved! The food is pretty good, with tons of options. The drinks are top shelf and were delicious. We stayed in the enclave and had access to the roof top and enclave lounge, which was great! There are plenty of seats by the pool, and the beach is spectacular! Transportation by Thomas Moore was fabulous! Bring $ with you to tip the amazing servers and bar staff. They so appreciate it!

The hotel was amazing! Clean, with super comfortable pillows and beds. Family friendly but plenty of adult only spaces to swim and hang out. Restaurants were fabulous and the staff were truly top notch in service and knowledge. We had an all-around great time and will definitely stay again!

We loved the coffee shop in the lobby, we had an iced coffee everyday! The staff was nice and attentive. Some of the food tastes like it had too much butter, like the mashed potatoes, risotto, and more, but everything else was decent and there were many options. We wished that in the buffet there were more signs clearly labeling what options there were for the freshly made food! Good experience.

The food was good. Drinks were really good everywhere except sometimes at the pool bar area, every now and then I’d get one that didn’t taste quite right. The rooms and property were really clean. The staff stood out as simply amazing. There was a lot of good poolside and evening entertainment. Negatives which didn’t affect us, if you were physically challenged, there are a lot of levels and steps. It you like entertainment after 11 pm, you’re not going to find it.

I enjoyed my stay the hotel was very clean and really nice the food was the only thing that was not on point not a lot of options In buffet and The restaurant was ok nothing spectacular but overall it was a good stay.

Our 6 night stay at Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe was fantastic. According to other reviews we expected to have hard time getting sun-chairs or making reservations for dinner at on-site restaurants. Don't know wether we were just lucky, but did not expeienced any issues with both. Italian restaurant La Luca we enjoyed the most. Buffet was good, but we wish they would serve fruit options for lunch as well (fruits were provided only during breakfast). Pools are nice, room was modern and clean. A lot of activities and game options at the pull during the day. Based on our experience, definitely recommend.

Terrible resort, food was mediocre, staff were not attentive. Pool area was overcrowded so nowhere to sit. So many better resorts in Cancun, don’t waste your money on this one.
