Let me begin by saying the staff try's hard to please .. The layout of the hotel can be difficult for those that have difficulty with stairs. I found the food selections to be limited with limited salad selections. You would expect to have an outdoor bar overlooking the water, but the options were limited to a pool bar with loud music or an indoor sports bar with limited seating. Rooms are nice but as an overall resort experience, I feel this property is not geared to the US A.I. market.

Loved the property and its diect accessibility to the beach. The property was under renovations so not all the pools were available and the pools they did have seemed to have a lot less water. (weird right!?) We got the super saver room and I was pleasantly impressed. Room was clean, updated, and I didnt have any complaints about the beds and pillows. (We slept very well) we also got theakl inclusive and we weren't disappointed, the food was so good! No need to go out and get food. They even have 3 restaurants you can get reservations for that come along with your all inclusive. We booked with Expedia and didnt have any issues with the reservation. They even accomodated our room to be close to our friends who had areived the day before. You'll love it, we will be coming back soon! ❤️

L'hôtel est propre et bien entretenu. L'offre des restauants est bien, la nourriture est bonne et variée. La piscine donnant sur la plage avec bar intégré est fort agréable, mais les autres piscines n'ont pas beaucoup d'ambiance. Lorsque nous y sommes allés, les jeux d'eau ne fonctionnaient pas pour les enfants et nous étions particulièrment décus qu'il y ait autant de sargasses dans l'eau de la mer, ce qui la rendait quasiment pas baignable. À noter que le problème des sargasses étaient toutefois généralisé à presque toutes les plages du Mexique en ce moins de juin-juillet...

Everything in the Emporio hotel was excellent with all their staff being super. The only issue that we had and it isn’t the hotel itself was that the beach wasn’t that good with big and strong waves. I’m already thinking about our next visit to this hotel. Good and drinks were abundant and excellent.

I used to stay at a different property every time I visited Cancun, this was the first time to an all inclusive hotel and I will say it's one of the best times I've ever had, especially with the swim up pool room will definitely be back next year again, but staying longer this time. Food was good, only the staff were so rude and not respectful. They gave us hard time with the extra cost they obligated us to pay when we arrived to the hotel. It wasn’t all inclusive, even that we had the reservation all inclusive. When we asked them each one of the staff gave us a different number to pay, then we talked to the manager, and he said if you don’t like it, leave your room, which was so rude from him, and show us that he doesn’t have any management skills. We had to pay that extra cost that they mentioned because we didn’t have any other options especially that we have kids with us which was so embarrassing to us.

Booked a swim up but was tool AC was broken, ended up on the 7th floor beach front. Room was nice but not cold enough. Dining room and buffet barely have AC. Buffet food was ok, restaurants were good but not great. Likes: pool to right at the beach.

I think the restaurants AC need to be updated since I had to step out for air multiple times or have outdoor seating for those who need natural air which was cooler than the inside at the time we were there. Also, the reserved restaurants have the same menu daily so we had to eat the same thing multiple times. Believe the menu should change daily since most people vacation period is for a week. Staff service was excellent except that one staff cursed in spanish and think we didn't understand. The others were very nice throughout our stay. Kids pool was slippery and need more attention. Otherwise, lovely property, great and hard working staff. Happy to be there

It’s a great low budget all inclusive hotel. They do let uber drivers pick you up at the hotel. The food is great. The staff is so helpful and nice. I would totally recommend
