One of the stuff, his name was Victor, he was wonderful and helpful. I really thank him for giving us informations that he provided. The hotel room was really different from what I saw on pictures. I was really disappointed about it. There was no hairdryer, Refrigerator wasn’t working, Hot water wasn’t hot enough.

This was my second time staying at the Cancun Plaza. Everything was great for the most part. Only complaint was not having hot water for our 11 day trip. We spoke with the office staff multiple times about it and it never was resolved. Other than that it's a great place to stay and get away from the crowds of the hotel zone!

This is a hard place to rate because each of the condos are owned by different people so to give the entire place a bad rating because our unit was bad isn't really fair. We rented a one bedroom and the air conditioner smelled and didn't work well, the shower was difficult to turn off, the refrigerator and stove didn't work, light fixture was hanging by wires, my wife was shocked on one of the switches. With all the bad stuff, I have to say the entire place is dated but nice, The pool is absolutely beautiful and the beach area is very nice. The staff was pretty good and responded to our requests (except for the broken air conditioner and refrigerator) but they brought new towels and shampoo when we requested. I wouldn't mind staying here again but its kind of the luck of the draw if your room is taken care of by the owner. I image most of them are fine and we just got a lemon. The restaurant by the pool is very good but only accepted cash and the hotel is on the beach but only about 10-15 mins from the airport so that was nice. My wife would probably give this a lower rating than I have but I a little more optimistic and tried to look at the good things in the resort. Fortunately it wasn't to hot so having our window open and listening to the ocean wave was wonderful and very peaceful.
