Nice enough
We got told we were being upgraded and we were very excited but our room ended up being a standard room anyway! So built up excitement for nothing. Standard room was perfectly fine, exactly as advertised. Again didn’t leave happy as all power went out a number of times on our last day, once when I was in the shower!!! I was not happy, considering that also meant the lift was out!

Spacious Studio
Fantastic studio apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Great shower & comfortable beds. Free parking would be a nice extra, however street parking was readily available.

Great spot, close to restaurants, easy parking. Good sized room with excellent facilities. Bathroom was very small but clean.

Slow check in Room was clean and well appointed. Couldn’t/ wouldn’t accomodate twin request sadly. The king bed (two singles stuck together) was saggy on one side and much firmer on the other (less used no doubt) side.

The hotel was well located with plenty of cafes and restaurants a short walk away. The room was functional, but the bathroom was very small. Fine for a work trip.

All Abode hotels are really great. They allow pets which is good for those who enjoy a bit of puppy action. The rain fittings in the showers make it feel just the same as standing outside in Canberra, except warmer and soapier. Complimentary bath gels have a nice flavor, and pair well with a local Semillon, cheese and bag of fresh Good-o
