「I normally like staying here. However this time when I arrived and got to the room it was covered in cobwebs and bugs. Mosquitos everywhere. I’m not even exaggerating when I say there had to be 50+ bugs in the room. When we let the desk know there was someone asking for a refund and being told all complaints had to go through management.
