「Loved it from start to finish. Quirky, retro hotel. Secure parking right outside the hotel. Got a free upgrade to a mini suite on arrival. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was great, complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. The icing on the cake was the extra mile the staff went, we had a tyre blow out soon after leaving the hotel, the hotel couldn’t have been more helpful, calling companies to come out to us and replace it, thank you 」

「I have been debating how to review my stay at Kinzi for a while now. The host was wonderful so I feel bad giving a bad review but I also want to be honest for other guests’ sake as I wish I knew some of the stuff I had to find out in my own. I can only speak about the apartment I stayed in which was the one bedroom on the first floor. First the good parts: It had windows 」

「Near to ferry and shopping area. Google map has wrong pin. Took a long time to find the location. There is only one entry from parking area which is also crowded. The room is big, the only staff there was friendly, and the shower is nice. But the key hole of the room door has rusty inside and was difficult to open the door. We have to fix it by ourselves. Instead of hotel it is more likely to be a B&B. 」

「Staff - Fantastic, especially their manager Nura Location - Not in walking distance to the city centre. There are a few malls nearby though. View is also facing residential buildings Room - We selected the most expensive room, junior suite. The room was on 6th floor and the lift access was until 5th. The room was build on the roof, so it has low ceiling which gave a negative outlook to it. However, the size was big, balcony was good and the bathtub was the reason we chose this hotel Price - A...
