「Loved it from start to finish. Quirky, retro hotel. Secure parking right outside the hotel. Got a free upgrade to a mini suite on arrival. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was great, complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. The icing on the cake was the extra mile the staff went, we had a tyre blow out soon after leaving the hotel, the hotel couldn’t have been more helpful, calling companies to come out to us and replace it, thank you 」

「I have been debating how to review my stay at Kinzi for a while now. The host was wonderful so I feel bad giving a bad review but I also want to be honest for other guests’ sake as I wish I knew some of the stuff I had to find out in my own. I can only speak about the apartment I stayed in which was the one bedroom on the first floor. First the good parts: It had windows 」

「酒店位置很不错，位于恰纳卡莱中心地段，就在达达尼尔海峡边上，离ferry码头很近，几分钟车程，到海滨的要塞也步行可达。旁边还有一堆餐厅可供选择，真的非常方便。房间不是很大，配套也就国内三星级水平，但是暖气和热水都很充足，加上无敌位置，在寒冷天时绝对值回房价。」

「Near to ferry and shopping area. Google map has wrong pin. Took a long time to find the location. There is only one entry from parking area which is also crowded. The room is big, the only staff there was friendly, and the shower is nice. But the key hole of the room door has rusty inside and was difficult to open the door. We have to fix it by ourselves. Instead of hotel it is more likely to be a B&B. 」

「職員待客很好,服務也很周全!位置鄰近巴士售票公司和碼頭,位置極度方便!唯一不足的是房間鄰近馬路,夜晚睡覺時可能受到影響(因為真的比較嘈吵)食物方面,只吃過早餐,有炒蛋,整體味道不錯!」
