「Kitchen don’t work but the room is ok」

「the room was dirty, there was a dirty like tissue stuck in the peephole on the door. there was a like luggage tag on the floor. when I looked at the sheets there was hair on the bed and a hole in it. there were a couple bugs in the room but a lot of bugs on the walkway to the room. I ended up leaving but they wouldn't give me a full refund charged me a cleaning fee for a room that was dirty when I walked in.. really horrible first experience in this town」

「Staff was nice rooms were clean but housekeeping never came we had to empty our own garbage we had ask for towels and washcloths and garbage bags breakfast was ok but it was the same thing every day sausage and eggs no variety beds were not comfortable at all」

「I was booking through Expedia and as I was about to check out my phone died when it turned back on it was now 2400 and I was only able to book the room from the 31st of June to the 1 of July. She said check out normal isn’t till. 11 but let me in anyway cuz in her words she felt bad. However on the morning of the 31 of June she came banging on the door saying I needed to leave and eventually called the cops who agreed that my hotel dates were still valid and she was wrong but I still have not...
