"Bathroom-toilet paper behind the front part of the toilet. Impossible to reach! Only 1 double hook…hand towels remained on the very small counter. Just invest in a couple of hooks or towel bars. Fridge: froze everything solid! No door to the freezer compartment. Hall"

"First of all we had to walk through a water puddle to our room, then the two tvs in the room didn’t work. Called the front desk , no maintance on staff so manager came and couldn’t do anything so told us it would get fixed the next day. After much arguing we got our money back and went to a different hotel. After checking the room out the bathroom door wouldn’t close and there was mold all around the tub. Definitely never recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Under renovation "

"The room was decently cleaned but in need of repair and upgrading. The floors and walls had holes, the toilet never stopped running and the AC did not work consistently despite someone having came up to “fix it”. Having a “two room” suite with one AC not working made the room incredibly hot. We stayed 4 nights and asked the room to be cleaned on the 2nd as they did not have regular cleaning, all that was done was emptying of garbages. Beds were left, no room service was cleared etc. The hotel was under construction and despite there being a few signs, there was a ton of construction garbage in the long hallway leading to the pool including nails and staples. The restaurant in the building has a 24/7 Denny’s restaurant which also includes many loud teens until 2-3 am, and a round about directly infront of the building with constant car horns being blared. Parking was also very limited and tight."

"Good room but no internet. Room 231 - Perhaps this room is too far from the main building to have proper wifi. I called tech support twice. Each time the support person was not able to resolve but said they would work on it and call back. Neither agent did. I had 5 nights here without in room wifi. Used the main lobby wifi instead (which worked great) but inconvenient. The room was large. 2 queen beds (firm mattress), 1 couch, a full kitchen (with limited plates/utensils). Shower - took 2-3 mins to get hot water. Pool and hot tub in main building looked nice. Breakfast each day, nice light selection of goods. Ample free parking available. The room was quiet which was my main requirement so overall I'm still happy with my stay and would stay again. Do NOT recommend for business travellers. Best suited for families. "
