「The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza」

「Overall the property is beautiful and the pool/ outdoor amenities are so nice. What lowered my star rating was the gym. First, it's in the basement... whats that all about... you have this beautiful view and you stick the treadmills/ weights/ equipment in a room with no windows? Furthermore, it didn't feel like there was air conditioning in there, no fans, no water station, no towels, no wipes for the equipment. Awful gym experience. Completely not becoming of a 4 star hotel. I did really like...

「Safety is really something I worry about. Someone open my room without knocking my door . I said who is it ? She just said sorry and ran away. My room already cleaned. So...I have no idea who is she . And I told to other staff. They don't give me good reason too. The hotel website said it located near downtown, but...I walked 1hour to get downtown.」

The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide selection and exquisite preparation – clearly made with great care! The à la carte options were also exceptionally high-quality; every dish showcased the chef's dedication, skill, and exceptional seasoning. We highly recommend it!」

「Langs de buitenkant een prima hotel. Maar binnen verouderd en echt aan vernieuwing toe. Helemaal geen ‘Ibiza’ sfeer. Wij hadden half pension, zijn enkel gaan ontbijten want sprak ons echt niet aan om daar ‘s avonds ook te gaan eten. Ontbijt heel eenvoudig en elke dag hetzelfde. Niets vernieuwing」

「Lovely atmosphere rooms have strong air-conditioning. Lots of fun but beware of some potential noise in the evenings bed was also comfy. The walls are really thin and they should put the same amount of effort into dinner as they do breakfast.」
