The help was excellent at the front desk. Room service was on point with cleanliness. And the hotel in general was peaceful clean and well taken care of. Very quiet on floor 24 it was perfect. First time staying at TI, planning on returning.

I booked the rooms 2 weeks in advance but one of the rooms was not ready by the time we checked in. We had to wait for almost 2 hours. The parking is little bit confusing since there is no sign to direct to self parking garages. There is no recommendation and coupons .. from hotel for the shows, things to do in Las Vegas.
