"The owners of the property provided directly a very nice service attention. The facility very cleaned and good condition of the areas. Good climate conditions of the room. It’s a very nice facility and near of the downtown of Nereto and from historic downtown of other cities around the areas. Definitely will come back next time. Thank you "

"Great location, clean modern rooms, friendly staff and a great breakfast. "

"Great location in the heart of Ascoli, and a hotel with character and spacious well equipped rooms."

"Struttura al centro di Offida con tutte le caratteristiche elencate. Molto carina e accogliente, anche con arredi del tempo. Bel terrazzino con una vista pazzesca. Piccoli appunti migliorabili: divano letto un po’ scomodo, porta asciugamano da viso da sistemare e difficoltà dell’acqua del lavandino a defluire. Colazione con caffè e brioche confezionati."

"Dal momento della prenotazione fino al check-out, l’esperienza è stata semplicemente eccellente. "Price-quality ratio was excellent and I enjoyed my stay. Easy to arrive by car, parking spaces available. And the breakfast was excellent too, many choises of delicious pies besides normal items like bread, yoghurt etc."

"Excellent location, convenient parking, accommodating staff and impressive breakfast spread."

"Internet 0 in my room. When I ask for help at front desk he just waved his hand and walked away. I had to come downstairs to use phone. Room was nice but very Thin walls. Breakfast was very good but the manger was rude. He had a domineering attitude and in the 3 days I was there he never spoke. When I left the property he only said good buy. I in tern never looked at him and left. Would not stay there again. The first woman who registered me was wonderful. Gave me suggestions, made me feel...

"We loved our stay!"

"Great hotel, good food, breakfast and service. "

"This is a beautiful hotel with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Our room was very hot and the window and shutters need to be kept closed for the simple air conditioner to have any level of efficiency. There were 3 flights of steps which our elderly dog found challenging."

"We had a great stay! We were so impressed with the kindness and helpfulness of the staff- we struggled to find parking, Luis personally found us and helped us park and carry our bags- he was exceptional! The hotel was clean and beautiful with easy access to the local squares. "
