My friend and I ate at the restaurant and it was one of the best meals we’ve had in Sicily. Especially the fact that they catered to our vegan and vegetarian dietary restrictions. 「What an amazing stay, from the moment you step in you see that a lot of thought was put both to the rooms and the public places. We enjoyed our stay and Stefano's hospitality. The location is a bit isolated and you will need a car but that's also what makes it great, few minutes walk from various beaches the nearest town is only few minutes away. 「Heerlijke plek om te verblijven. Het is er rustig en je kan er heerlijk eten! Er wordt goed voor je gezorgd en niets is te gek. Het zwembad (zout) is prima en de bloemen op het terrein zijn prachtig. De kamer is wat gedateerd, maar als je eisen niet te hoog zijn is de kamer prima. Je zit ongeveer op 2,5 uur rijden verwijderd van Palermo en ongeveer 1 uur rijden vanaf het strand. Parkeren is makkelijk bij het verblijf. Ze hebben een groot parkeerterrein. Ontbijt is prima verzorgd, zeer uitgebreid...

「Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage unseres Häuschens, die Ausstattung, die Aussicht, DIE RUHE (nichts als das Rauschen der grossen schönen Bäume). Unsere charmanten, entspannten, hilfsbereiten Gastgeber und nicht zuletzt das feine vegetarische Abendessen. Alles in allem ein gelungener und schöner Aufenthalt. 「Struttura immersa nella campagna, si vede dapprima il ristorante che ci ha servito un'ottima cena con pasta e pane fatti in casa, arrosto con patate, tutto squisito. Le camere grandi e con ampio terrazzo sono raggiungibili in auto poco più in là, sempre all'interno della grande proprietà (possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto di fronte alla camera). Migliorerei solo la colazione, magari servendo quel buon pane fatto in caso invece di fette biscottate e brioche confezionate..」
