「A hidden gem! The hotel and surrounding area is very charming! Andrea is a great host and the attention he gave to every detail in his place is just amazing. He is very kind and very helpful. If you are planning to take the Bernina scenic train ride be sure to book a night or two in this hotel and you wouldn’t regret it. I highly recommend this place.」

「Un ÉNORME MERCI au jeune homme qui a attendu notre arrivée tardive imprévue (plus de minuit !) alors que nous aurions dû arriver autour de 19H ! Aimable, gentil et efficace !!! Une belle et immense résidence ! les chambres sont grandes, la propreté et le calme parfaits ! Stationnement fermé et sécurisé pour nos motos (ou pour votre voiture !). L’hôtel mérite une bien meilleure notation et les photos ne reflètent pas la beauté de la bâtisse. Vivement conseillé. 」

「The hotel is in a great location in central Tirano. The rooms are bright, spotlessly clean and very comfortable - with unique neon signs over the beds. There are a few spots onsite to park and I was able to get one of those. Alessia on reception is extremely efficient and also very friendly. You get breakfast in a restaurant a short walk away. 「We (family of 4) stayed here for 5 days over the New Year and we can't say enough about the genuine, inviting, and fun nature of the staff. The food is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The entire hotel is well appointed with fresh rooms, amazing mountain views and shuttles to the area ski lifts. We would definitely return. 」

「A room with a view and a welcome as warm as the setting sun. We had an idyllic night in the Inferno room. Well worth the small upgrade fee to be facing South and enjoy the same view that the vines enjoy all year round.
