This is the only hotel that provides a free transfer from VCP airport. The driver Leo was so friendly and waited for us even though our plane was late!

The hotel is located just about 15 minutes from Viracopos Intl Airport; the facilities are well kept, clean, the room impeccable, and the breakfast very complete. They offer shuttle upon request, which is highly convenient !

Apesar de não ter usado o estacionamento, o hotel tem uma área boa e ampla. Quarto com conforto e cama boa. O hotel fica localizado em uma rodovia e isso dificulta o acesso por pouca oferta de veículo por aplicativo e o pedágio duplo é caro e não compnesa. Não tem lugar próximo pra alimentação e os preços do restaurante são bem altos. No final o hotel é uma pegadinha e não tem custo benefício que compense.

Precisei trocar de quarto devido no 4 andar estar com pouca pressão de água, no vaso sanitário. O quarto é muito pequeno, não considero 4 estrelas, é um antigo Ibis adaptado. O preço é elevado pelas condições do hotel.

O quarto é padrão Ibis. Saindo do aeroporto de Viracopos, tem que colocar Ibis no Uber. Colocando o endereço, km 60, levou para outro lugar Questões de locomoção também é ruim por causa do pedágio. Chega a pagar 3 pedágios para ir em Indaiatuba. Tem que oferecer ajuda no Uber, se não eles não vem e com razão. Pedágio é 20 reais cada passada. Fora isso é bom

Quarto pequeno demais. Ar condicionado extremamente frio e não dava pra mudar a temperatura. Chuveiro extremamente quente e tbm não dava pra mudar a temperatura. O que valeu a pena foi o café da manhã
