É o fim da picada um hotel não ter elevador e os hospedes, principalmente os idosos, ter que subir os vários lances de escada com as malas nas mãos.

Bem mais ou menos o hotel. Peca em muitos aspectos, principalmente pq o recepcionista nem uniforme usa e nos atende "sentado" rolando com a cadeira de rodinhas de um lado para o outro.

De maneira geral o prime Hotel Hortolândia é muito bom, local tranquilo, agradável, funcionários atenciosos, instalações bem cuidadas. O estacionamento poderia ter cobertura mas isso não diminui a qualidade do estabelecimento.
