Muito agradável

Boa experiencia. Comida muito saborosa, não tem muitas opções, porém as que tem, são bem feitas e saborosas. Quarto bem simples, não tem secador de cabelo e as instalações precisa de manutenção. Piscina aquecida é bem quente, porem estava um pouco suja, com areia no fundo. Paisagem para cachoeira é o alge das hospedagem.

Estadia adorável

Estadia foi super agradável e gostaria de destacar o quanto meu Pet foi acolhido no hotel. Em todos os ambientes foi possível ficar com ele, inclusive na área do restaurante destinada aos donos de Pet, na piscina. Achei incrível. Área verde muito bem cuidada e deliciosa para caminhadas. As refeições são generosas e muito bem preparadas. Única ressalva com relação ao banheiro, que é minúsculo.

Ótima estadia

Gostamos muito do hotel. Estrutura boa e conservada. Chalé confortável, restaurante com cardápio simples mas objetivo. Wifi funciona bem nas áreas comum mas não tão bem dentro do chalé. Voltaremos com certeza !

DECEPÇÃO E FRUSTRAÇÃO!

Infelizmente, de três diárias só conseguimos aproveitar, realmente, uma diária, devido ao excesso de baratas, insetos e falta de limpeza no quarto nº 05. Após fazermos uma reclamação, nos mudaram para o quarto nº 16, o qual não tinha insetos e estava, devidamente, higienizado. Existe, também um problema com relação aos pets, que acabam dormindo na cama extra, segundo creio, isso não deveria ocorrer, pois esta mesma cama, numa outra oportunidade vai ser usada por uma criança ou um terceiro hóspede. Os hóspedes que levam seus pets, pelo que observei, não recolhem os seus dejetos, o que pode ocasionar doenças aos humanos. O local, em termos de natureza é maravilhoso, mas deveriam ser mais cuidadosos com relação a higiene como um todo. O refeitório, durante às refeições, é infestado por pardais, os quais chegam a entrar na panela de arroz(presenciei esse fato), principalmente, para se alimentar, num local que se preocupa com a higiene e prevenção de doenças, isso é inimaginável. Deveriam colocar telas nas janelas, pois o refeitório é muito quente, pois não possui ar condicionado, para evitar os pássaros naquele local. Os funcionários são extremamente educados e solícitos, falta à direção do hotel lhes dar maior suporte para que possam prestar um melhor serviço. É impossível abrir mão de uma higiene mais apurada, então, Pets; Insetos, Pássaros e Humanos, devem ficar cada qual no seu, devido, lugar. Paguei R$ 1.890,00 por dias de meio de semana, muito alto pelo serviço prestado.

Vaso e fechadura

A estrutura do local como cachoeira e piscina, são muito boas, porém o chalé fica a desejar. O chalé que fiquei, a tampa do vaso sanitário ficava caindo, a fechadura da porta do banheiro não fechava direito. São detalhes pequenos que fazem a diferença.

Otimo para curtir em casal ou familia

Perfeito para relxar. Piscina aquecida e externa. Quartos apenas com ventilador, mas deu conta do recado. Hotel bem arborizado e fresco. Cachoeira maravilhosa que corta o terreno do hotel, escolha quartos afastados. Depois de um dia o barulho incomoda um pouco. Rs Tirolesas, rafiting, rapel entre outros disponiveis em empresas externas. Vale muito a pena.

Hotel com a mais bela paisagem que já conheci!

Atendimento incrível, comida muito boa, estrutura sensacional com muitas opções de lazer e uma bela paisagem! Aceitam Pets que são muito bem acolhidos em todo o hotel. No entanto o que nos desagradou foi o quarto que ficamos, suíte 44, ela possui dois andares onde o banheiro e closet fica no pav inferior e cama no pav superior, ela possui uma escada de madeira de difícil acesso ao pav superior, meu pet nem conseguia subir e descer sozinho. O colchão tbm deixou a desejar, um lado do colchão estava afundado, minha esposa nem conseguiu dormir direito. Mas de resto foi tudo ok com a estadia. Indico o hotel mas ficando nos aptos com varanda, que parecem ser novos e muito confortáveis. Vale a pena o custo benefício!

Ambiente familiar. Hotel tem potencial.

O staff é super gential, da portaria, a cozinha em todos os lugares. Os espaços abertos super bem organizados e bem mantidos, apenas falta, internamente, uma boa reforma nos quartos. Onde eu estava, era um duplex, a claridade batia no meu rosto às 6h , assim como o barulho de fora, da equipe do hotel. A cama e travesseiros podem ser melhorados, assim como as limpezas nos azuleijos, cantos e demais locais similares. No geral, estive com a família que aproveitou super bem as instalações. A comida super bem feita e com várias opções. Voltaria sim com família e optaria pelos quartos com varanda.
